Role Overview: Coop Trainee

We are seeking a Coop Trainee to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, offering an opportunity to provide comprehensive support to Fund Services teams. The trainee will contribute across various functions, ensuring operational efficiency and responsiveness to dynamic business demands within the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support to Fund Services teams across different roles to ensure operational efficiency and meet business demands.
• Review work performed by offshore teams to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure timely submission of Net Asset Value (NAV) to clients in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Verify that all work undertaken complies with respective fund terms and conditions, relevant regulatory requirements, and anti-money laundering regulations.
• Collaborate with close-ended asset managers, property managers, and real estate developers to gather data and support fund operations.
• Monitor cash flows to ensure sufficient liquidity for operations, investments, and distributions.
• Maintain financial statements, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
• Ensure continuous compliance with the firm’s policies and procedures.
• Deputize for the line manager during their absence, if required.
• Communicate any issues of concern to the Line Manager(s) promptly.
• Adhere strictly to all company procedures.
• Promote and maintain excellent relationships with the company's clients.

Qualifications and Experience
