About the CRM Specialist Role

Reef Group is seeking a CRM Specialist to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on managing and optimizing marketing campaigns through CRM platforms to enhance customer experience, drive loyalty, and support revenue growth through personalized multi-channel communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute personalized marketing campaigns using the CRM system.
• Prepare and implement automated messages based on user behavior.
• Manage and send app notifications aligned with campaign objectives.
• Design and schedule marketing WhatsApp messages.
• Prepare email campaigns targeting specific customer segments.
• Coordinate SMS campaigns and analyze their performance.
• Execute targeted campaigns to encourage repeat purchases and promote special offers.
• Utilize purchase data to personalize offers and increase Average Order Value (AOV).
• Analyze customer data and behavior to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve engagement, open, click, and purchase rates.
• Prepare comprehensive performance reports for CRM campaigns and sales results for management review.
• Collaborate with content, sales, and technical teams to ensure message consistency and achieve revenue goals.
• Propose strategies to enhance customer experience and maximize commercial value per interaction.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Training in computer skills, administrative skills, and effective communication.
• Strong data analysis capabilities.
• High ability in planning, execution, and performance monitoring.
• Proficiency in email, SMS, and social media marketing tools.
• Solid understanding of cross-selling and upselling strategies.
• Good knowledge of CRM systems and analytics tools.

Language Proficiency

Fluency in Arabic is required, with good proficiency in English.
