About Aluminum International (ALINCO)

Aluminum International (ALINCO) is seeking a Customer Engagement Administrator to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is integral to managing the company's public image and digital presence, ensuring all external communications align with corporate standards.

Role Purpose

The Customer Engagement Administrator is responsible for overseeing ALINCO's digital footprint and ensuring that all corporate marketing and communication materials accurately represent the company’s brand, products, and capabilities. The role focuses on enhancing customer engagement across platforms such as LinkedIn, the company website, corporate profiles, catalogs, and presentations, while consistently maintaining a professional corporate identity.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the company’s LinkedIn page, website content, and other digital communication channels.
Develop and publish marketing content, including company news, product launches, campaigns, and promotional materials.
Design and update company profiles, brochures, catalogs, presentations, and other branded marketing materials.
Support customer engagement initiatives, exhibitions, events, and marketing campaigns.
Maintain marketing assets and prepare monthly reports on digital performance and marketing activities.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
2–3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.

Essential Skills and Attributes

Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, LinkedIn management, website content management, and graphic design tools.
Creativity, attention to detail, teamwork, and strong organizational skills.
Ability to ensure timely delivery of digital content and marketing materials, contributing to continuous growth in digital engagement and accurate website updates.
