Role Overview: Customer Service Agent

SGS - Saudi Ground Services is seeking dedicated individuals to join its team as a Customer Service Agent. This full-time position is integral to maintaining high standards of passenger experience and operational efficiency within the aviation sector. The role is available in two key locations: Jeddah and Riyadh, offering an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Work Details and Compensation

This is a full-time employment opportunity within SGS - Saudi Ground Services. Compensation for the Customer Service Agent role is structured on a Marne Hourly-Rate Basis. The position requires physical presence at one of the designated operational locations in either Jeddah or Riyadh.
