Position Summary

Resilience is seeking a dedicated Cyber Security Consultant to join its growing team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is designed for professionals with 5-10 years of experience in cybersecurity, particularly within risk management. The consultant will play a crucial role in enhancing organizational security posture through expert application of governance and risk management principles.

Role Context

The ideal candidate will be instrumental in managing cyber risk, conducting comprehensive risk assessments, and developing strategies for identifying and mitigating potential threats. A core responsibility involves ensuring strict adherence to various cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory requirements. This position requires a proactive approach to strengthening an organization's defense mechanisms through robust governance and risk management practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct cybersecurity risk assessments and maintain the cyber risk register.
• Identify, assess, evaluate, and monitor cybersecurity risks.
• Develop and track risk treatment and mitigation plans.
• Review and assess cybersecurity controls against regulatory and industry standards.
• Develop, implement, and maintain cybersecurity governance, policies, standards, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Support internal and external cybersecurity audits and assessments.
• Prepare reports, risk dashboards, and recommendations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen cybersecurity risk management practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, or a closely related field.

Skills and Experience

• 5-10 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity risk assessments, risk register management, and risk treatment.
• Demonstrated strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
