About the Role

Alfanar is seeking a Data Entry professional for EXA Ceramics in Riyadh. This full-time role is crucial for maintaining accurate records of company information by collecting and entering data into databases, ensuring all departments have access to necessary information for an efficient work environment. The position requires 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

Collect and compile data from various departments, ensuring accurate records of production.
Ensure daily consumption of physical stock in glaze line preparation and digital ink sections for posting.
Execute SAP T-codes (C011, MIGO, CO02, MB52, COOIS, COGI) for posting production quantities, consumable materials, receiving materials, releasing purchase orders, verifying stocks, identifying production order information, and clearing error postings.
Generate Excel reports of daily production from each department.
Retrieve production reports from SAP to assist in investigating customer complaints.
Compile monthly reports covering glaze line wastage, GPS wastage, recovery Glaze, Glaze line samples, shift-specific production monitoring, and Glaze Line KPIs.
Prepare daily Gap analysis and Daily production balance reports.
Coordinate with all departments to resolve discrepancies in received materials.
Assign batch codes in accordance with the production schedule.
Update system data in a timely manner and maintain overall data accuracy.

Qualifications and Experience

0-1 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in data entry and database management.
Familiarity with SAP T-codes (C011, MIGO, CO02, MB52, COOIS, COGI) is required.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to update data in the system efficiently and without hindrance.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within the Alfanar EXA Ceramics division. The role involves coordination with multiple departments to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency.
