RemoteOne is seeking a Data Entry Specialist to support a rapidly expanding FMCG coffee company based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This client operates across the Kingdom and GCC, selling products in supermarkets, cafés, and online. The role is critical for maintaining accurate and current company data to support various operational teams.

Role Overview

The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for the daily entry, verification, and updating of company information. This includes managing sales orders, invoices, stock levels, and customer details. The position is full-time and based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, directly supporting the sales, warehouse, and finance teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter sales orders, invoices, and delivery notes into the company system.
• Update stock and inventory records following deliveries or stock counts.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and supplier details, including names, contact numbers, and addresses.
• Review data for errors and correct discrepancies proactively.
• Prepare basic daily and weekly reports using Excel for team review.
• Scan, file, and organize both physical and digital documents.
• Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and accounts teams to resolve missing information.
• Provide support for other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 year of experience in data entry or a related administrative role.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in data entry and basic computer applications, including Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment

This is an in-person, full-time position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires close collaboration with various internal teams, including sales, warehouse, and finance.
