WSP in the Middle East is currently seeking a Design Manager - Interior Design to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The Role: Design Manager, Interior Design

This full-time position is focused on supporting the delivery of high-quality interior environments. The Design Manager will work across a range of developments, including hospitality, residential, retail, and commercial projects, ensuring design excellence and project alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage interior design consultants and specialist design packages.
• Review design concepts, material selections, FF&E packages, and detailed design submissions.
• Ensure design solutions align with project vision, brand standards, and operational requirements.
• Coordinate interior design interfaces with architectural, MEP, and specialist disciplines.
• Participate in design reviews, presentations, and stakeholder workshops.
• Support design development through all project stages.
• Monitor design quality, programme, and consultant performance.
• Assist with mock-up reviews and design approvals where required.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of professional experience in interior design.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering interior design projects within the hospitality, retail, commercial, or residential sectors.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires a commitment to delivering high-quality design outcomes within a dynamic project environment.
