The Role of Digital Marketing Specialist

Al Jamil Alarabi is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role is critical for driving the digital marketing efforts of the Muhandes Hub, focusing on performance-based strategies to achieve lead generation and conversion objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and X Ads.
• Develop and optimize B2B lead generation campaigns to enhance the quality of qualified leads.
• Analyze campaign performance and measure key performance indicators such as CPL, CAC, ROAS, and ROI.
• Continuously optimize advertising campaigns based on data-driven insights and results.
• Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve organic visibility.
• Utilize digital analytics tools including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other marketing analytics platforms.
• Conduct A/B testing for ads, audiences, messages, and marketing pages to improve conversion rates.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure integrated campaign execution.
• Prepare regular performance reports detailing results, challenges, and recommendations.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a preference for B2B or performance-based marketing.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience in managing paid advertising campaigns.
• Ability to analyze complex data and effectively link it to business outcomes.
• Solid knowledge of SEO, Lead Generation, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) principles.
• Proficiency in various digital analytics and advertising tools.
• Experience within the construction or engineering sector, or with digital platforms, is considered a plus.

Compensation

This full-time position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from SAR 5,625 to SAR 7,500, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Work Environment and Application
