Qiddiya Investment Company (شركة قدية الاستثمارية) is seeking a Director - Project Management & Delivery (Urban Core) to join its team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This is a full-time position requiring over 10 years of experience.

Role Overview

The Director - Project Management & Delivery will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within the Urban Core development program. This program includes mixed-use developments, public realm, civic infrastructure, retail, F&B, commercial office, lifestyle, mobility, and destination assets. The role involves providing strategic oversight to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with approved business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead delivery strategy and provide leadership for project teams.
• Manage program and portfolio activities.
• Oversee project controls and governance frameworks.
• Ensure design, technical, and delivery integration across projects.
• Provide construction management and delivery oversight.
• Manage commercial aspects and contract administration.
• Handle stakeholder and authority management.
• Ensure operational readiness and smooth handover processes.
• Manage risk, quality, and compliance standards.
• Lead and develop project teams.

Required Experience and Skills

Candidates should possess over 10 years of experience in project management and delivery. The role requires a professional capable of translating development visions into executable delivery strategies, managing complex stakeholder environments, and achieving project outcomes across cost, schedule, quality, risk, and operational performance.
