About the Role

Halian is seeking an Enterprise Architect (m/f/d) to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position is focused on providing architectural expertise within complex digital marketing environments, guiding strategic initiatives and technical implementations. The role requires a professional who can translate intricate technical concepts into clear, actionable strategies for various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide consultative support for large-scale enterprise digital marketing ecosystems, acting in an Architect or Principal Consultant capacity.
• Communicate complex technical and strategic ideas effectively, crafting narratives that support Adobe’s point of view and/or recommendations to technical, marketing, and C-Suite audiences.
• Quickly diagnose existing challenges and identify opportunities within digital marketing infrastructures to develop and propose future-state architectures.

Required Skills and Technical Knowledge

• Demonstrated working knowledge of the end-to-end digital marketing journey, including Adtech (CDP/DMPs, DSPs), Marketing Automation, omni-channel personalization, Content Management/Generation, CRM, Media Execution, and Reporting/Insights.
• Significant hands-on experience using enterprise platforms such as Adobe, Salesforce, Oracle, and Microsoft, with a specific emphasis on REST APIs, Cloud Storage, Structured/Unstructured Data, Security, and Data Ingress/Egress.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including particular expertise in creating presentations using PowerPoint and technical diagrams with Lucid Chart/Visio.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (CS), Digital Marketing, or an MBA, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience of 0-1 years in a consultative role supporting large-scale enterprise digital marketing ecosystems, specifically in an Architect, Principal Consultant, or employee Marketing/Technical leader capacity.
