About the Role

Auxo Talent is seeking an Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is open to Saudi nationals who will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive enterprise risk management framework across the organization.

Role Purpose and Impact

The ERM Manager plays a critical part in ensuring the institution operates within its defined risk appetite and complies with regulatory requirements. This involves identifying, assessing, and mitigating various risks to safeguard organizational stability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an enterprise-wide risk management (ERM) strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Identify, assess, and monitor financial, operational, strategic, and compliance risks.
• Define and manage risk appetite and tolerance levels; ensure alignment with business activities.
• Lead risk governance processes including risk committees, reporting, and board-level communication.
• Conduct scenario analysis, stress testing, and use analytics to support risk decision-making.
• Oversee regulatory compliance related to risk and stay updated on evolving requirements.
• Collaborate with departments to embed risk management practices into daily operations.
• Manage technology and cybersecurity risks in coordination with IT and security teams.
• Coordinate crisis management planning and risk mitigation strategies.
• Provide training and promote a strong risk culture across the organization.
• Monitor and report on risk metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of professional experience in enterprise risk management or a closely related field.
