About the Role

Bain & Company is seeking an Expert Senior Manager, Product Management & Innovation to join the AI, Insights & Solutions (AIS) team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves leading the development of omnichannel solutions across various industries and problems, defining strategic vision, and advising on innovation and product strategy for clients.

Team and Context

You will join the Product Management & Innovation experts within the AIS team, which includes specialists in analytics, engineering, product management, user research, and design. The team focuses on creating human-centric solutions that leverage data and artificial intelligence to drive competitive advantage for clients. This role requires a foundation in product development, technical aptitude, and a collaborative mindset, with a focus on driving innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the integration of human-centered design into product strategy, aligning research with business and customer goals.
• Translate complex user insights, business needs, and technical feasibility into a clear product vision, roadmap, feature map, and development-ready backlog.
• Lead ideation, journey mapping, and service design workshops to align teams around user-centered solutions.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to support prototyping and testing for continuous validation.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams and clients in developing innovative product solutions and tackling business challenges.
• Utilize agile and product/CX best practices to guide execution and ensure outcomes.
• Own work planning and execution, ensuring high-quality contributions aligned with client goals.
• Lead the development and evolution of product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with broader strategic goals.
• Effectively translate complex technical concepts into clear, non-technical language for stakeholders.
• Prioritize across multiple workstreams and build a development-ready backlog with user stories, mockups, architecture, and acceptance criteria.
• Cultivate a high-performing, collaborative team culture across Bain, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Mentor others and lead capability-building across AIS, Bain, and client teams in human-centered design, agile, technical fluency, and innovation-driven product management.

Qualifications and Experience

• Over 10 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated passion for designing and developing customer-centric innovative solutions.
• Strong foundation in product development and technical aptitude.
• Ability to independently lead work, including defining and owning workplans, fostering cross-collaboration, and managing direct and cross-functional reports.
• Experience engaging with clients and overseeing answer/product definition and delivery.
• Proficiency in exploring emerging technologies, validating new ideas, and guiding agile development.
• Experience managing senior and multiple stakeholders, and preparing and running meetings with senior clients.
• Curious and proactive mindset, with an ability to adopt emerging tools and technologies such as generative AI.

Work Environment and Travel

This role operates in a fast-paced, experimentation and data-driven environment, contributing to high-impact, client-facing solutions. The position requires a travel expectation of 40–50%.
