Takamol Holding is seeking a dedicated and experienced Facility Management Senior Specialist to join its team. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and offers an opportunity to contribute to the effective management of critical facilities infrastructure.

The Role

The Facility Management Senior Specialist will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of facilities. This role involves direct oversight of daily services, monitoring performance, and providing essential support to the Facility Manager across various operational and strategic initiatives within facility management.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily soft and hard Facility Management (FM) services and accurately report observations to the service provider (SP).
• Monitor the progress of the service provider's Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) activities to ensure asset lifecycle is maintained and operational downtime is minimized.
• Conduct frequent Service Audits to assess the quality of both PPM and Corrective Maintenance (CM) activities.
• Analyze technical drawings and define critical system characteristics necessary for the development and execution of emergency response plans.
• Support the Facility Manager by providing comprehensive data and reports required for monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) scoring.
• Assist the Facility Manager with various aspects of contract management, including overseeing daily, monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual operational obligations.
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of Facility Management Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) under the guidance of the Facility Manager.

Required Experience

Candidates applying for this position should possess 5 to 10 years of professional experience in facility management or a closely related field. This experience should demonstrate a strong understanding of both soft and hard FM services and operational oversight.
