Financial Reporting & FP&A Analyst

About the Role

AlJammaz Group is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Reporting & FP&A Analyst to join its Group Finance team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to supporting budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, financial statement preparation, group consolidation, and audit coordination across multiple entities within the Group.

Role Context

The Financial Reporting & FP&A Analyst will work closely with various business units, Finance Business Partners, and external auditors. The primary objective is to ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain compliance, and provide insightful support for decision-making processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
• Prepare monthly management reports, KPI dashboards, and variance analysis.
• Assist with group consolidations and intercompany reconciliations.
• Support the preparation of standalone and consolidated financial statements.
• Coordinate with external and statutory auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audits.
• Prepare audit schedules, reconciliations, supporting documentation, and track audit requests.
• Develop and maintain financial models, reporting templates, and dashboards.
• Support automation and process improvement initiatives using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI, and Excel.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and business support as required.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience. Experience in the following environments is preferred:

• Group or Holding Companies
• Shared Services Organizations
• Multi-Entity Businesses
• Large Corporate Finance Functions

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within the Group Finance team of AlJammaz Group. The role involves collaboration with various internal departments and external audit teams.
