About the Follow Up Specialist Role

Dallah Al Baraka Group is seeking a dedicated Follow Up Specialist to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires an individual with 2-5 years of relevant experience to support the efficient tracking and coordination of tasks and projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting regular follow-ups on assigned tasks and ongoing projects to ensure progress.
  • Coordinating with various departments to gather updates and track project milestones.
  • Preparing and submitting comprehensive follow-up reports detailing project status.
  • Monitoring the implementation of decisions and recommendations made by management.
  • Identifying any delays or challenges encountered during project execution and reporting them promptly.
  • Maintaining and updating all relevant follow-up records and documentation.

Required Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a closely related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a similar follow-up or coordination role.

Essential Skills and Competencies

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Demonstrated reporting skills to clearly convey information and progress.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role involves working within a professional team environment at Dallah Al Baraka Group.
