About the Role

Four Points by Sheraton in Riyadh is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to join their team. This full-time position focuses on creating memorable and unique experiences for guests, extending beyond standard check-in and check-out procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience Experts are empowered to take initiative in delivering a comprehensive range of services throughout a guest's stay. This includes managing operational needs, responding to guest requests, completing necessary reports, and sharing local area highlights. The role also involves assisting guests with luggage and transportation to and from their rooms or designated areas, ensuring all transactions contribute positively to the overall guest experience.

Physical Demands of the Role

Guest Experience Experts will be required to be physically active in their duties. This involves standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, navigating various spaces including narrow, confined, or elevated areas, and using stairs or service ramps. The role also requires a hands-on approach to tasks, including the ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds independently, and up to 100 pounds with assistance. Reaching overhead, below the knees, and performing actions such as bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping are also integral to the position.

Qualifications and Experience

The required qualifications for this position are:
