About the Role

Marriott International is seeking a Guest Experience Expert for a full-time position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on creating a memorable and seamless experience for guests, extending beyond standard check-in and check-out procedures. The Guest Experience Expert is empowered to address a variety of guest needs and operational requirements throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiating and providing a range of services to guide guests throughout their stay.
• Handling operational needs and responding to guest requests.
• Preparing necessary reports.
• Sharing information on local points of interest.
• Ensuring that guest transactions are integrated into the overall experience.
• Creating a safe workplace and adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Maintaining confidentiality and protecting company assets.
• Respecting quality standards and ensuring professional appearance and communication.
• Performing physical tasks including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, and lifting objects up to 10 pounds ( kg) without assistance.

Required Qualifications

• Education Level: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: No related work experience required (0-1 years).
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required.
• License or Certification: None.
