About Rotana Hotels

Rotana Hotels is seeking a dedicated professional to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position within the Front Office department, contributing to the guest experience at our establishment.

The Role of a Guest Service Agent

As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for delivering professional and customer-focused service to all guests. The primary objective of this role is to ensure each guest's stay is a memorable experience. We are looking for dynamic and self-motivated individuals ready to advance their careers in hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

Provide consistently professional, friendly, warm, and engaging service to all guests.
Execute warm welcomes and efficient guest check-ins in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Process guest check-outs accurately and efficiently, adhering to established standards.
Manage room sales for walk-in guests and address day-to-day facility issues proactively.
Handle cash inventory and facilitate cashing of cheques and foreign currency bills of exchange for hotel guests, in line with credit policies.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues across all departments, particularly Housekeeping, Finance, and Reservation teams.
Ensure the Guest Service Desk is consistently staffed, operationally prepared, and adequately stocked to serve as a primary point of contact for guests.
Uphold the privacy of all guests by ensuring that no personal details are disclosed.

Candidate Profile and Experience

The ideal candidate will be customer-driven, highly proactive, and possess an outgoing, charismatic, and approachable personality. This role requires the ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be strong team players who thrive in a multi-cultural setting, interacting with both colleagues and guests. A minimum of 0-1 years of experience in a related field is required.

Operational Knowledge

A complete understanding of the hotel’s policies, procedures, and service standards is essential. The successful candidate will also be expected to have full knowledge of the hotel's facilities and current happenings to effectively assist guests.
