About the Role

Rotana Hotels is seeking a Guest Service Agent to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves providing comprehensive customer service to guests, ensuring their satisfaction throughout their stay, and managing various inquiries and requests.

Role Overview

The Guest Service Agent is responsible for delivering exceptional service and maintaining a positive guest experience. This includes managing check-in and check-out processes, addressing guest needs, and coordinating with other hotel departments to ensure efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and promptly.
Provide information regarding hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
Process payments, manage guest check-outs, and ensure billing accuracy.
Coordinate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance teams to fulfill guest requirements.
Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.

Candidate Requirements

Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
Knowledge of hotel booking systems and basic computer skills.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
