About the Opportunity

COREcruitment is facilitating the search for an experienced Head Chef Catering to join a leading catering company based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position offers an opportunity to lead significant operational areas within a high-volume food production environment.

Role Scope and Operational Focus

The Head Chef will oversee the Cold Kitchen and Production departments. This role demands strong operational leadership skills to manage multiple kitchens and teams effectively in a time-sensitive setting. The position is well-suited for candidates with a proven background in large-scale catering, inflight catering, or central production operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily operations for the Cold Kitchen and Prep Production kitchens.
• Ensure all products consistently meet specified quality standards and HACCP requirements.
• Manage labour, production planning, and kitchen resources efficiently.
• Develop new recipes, maintain product consistency, and support new menu development initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Purchasing, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Coach, develop, and lead the kitchen team while driving continuous improvement in processes and performance.

Candidate Experience

Candidates for this role should possess over 10 years of experience in a relevant culinary leadership position. A background specifically within large-scale catering, inflight catering, or central production environments is essential.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• Demonstrated strong leadership experience in high-volume food production settings.
• Excellent knowledge and certification in HACCP, food safety protocols, and production planning.
• Commercially aware, with experience in managing labour productivity and optimizing operational performance.
