Head of Business Development

About the Role

SAMA Holding Co- SAMA Construction ** is seeking an experienced Head of Business Development to lead group-level business development activities. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on driving sustainable growth across the Group and its subsidiaries.

Role Overview

The Head of Business Development will be responsible for formulating and executing strategic initiatives to expand the company's market presence and identify new commercial opportunities. This role requires a professional with a proven track record in business development and strategic relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Group’s Business Development Strategy and annual growth plan.
• Identify and secure commercially viable business opportunities across targeted sectors and markets.
• Build and manage strong relationships with government entities, major corporations, developers, investors, consultants, and strategic partners.
• Lead opportunity qualification, tender development, and Go / No-Go recommendations.
• Develop strategic partnerships, alliances, MoUs, and joint ventures.
• Identify opportunities for expansion into new sectors and markets.
• Establish and maintain a unified Group-wide business opportunity pipeline.
• Provide regular business development and KPI reports to senior management.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in business development.
• Demonstrated ability to drive sustainable growth and secure new business opportunities.
• Experience in building and maintaining relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within SAMA Holding Co- SAMA Construction *** The role involves leading group-level initiatives and collaborating with various subsidiaries.
