About the Role

Sisco is seeking an HR Executive to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves supporting day-to-day human resource activities and ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions within the organization. The role requires a motivated professional capable of managing various aspects of the employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and other HR documentation.
• Coordinate joining formalities and support new employee onboarding.
• Support routine HR administration activities such as attendance and leave management.
• Assist in the implementation of organizational HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with employees and management regarding HR-related requirements.
• Prepare HR reports, trackers, correspondence, and employee documentation.
• Support employee relations and daily HR operational needs.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline is typically required.
• An MBA or PG qualification in HR is preferred.
• HR-related certifications are considered advantageous.

Experience

While no specific experience level has been mandated for this position, candidates typically possess approximately 1–3 years of relevant HR experience. This experience is commonly in areas such as recruitment, HR administration, or employee lifecycle management.
