Role Overview

The Modern Food Company is seeking an HR Representative to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to managing various human resources operations, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management, and maintaining compliance with company policies and Saudi Labor Law.

Core HR Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, employee transfers, promotions, contract amendments, and offboarding processes.
• Coordinate key employee lifecycle events such as probation confirmations, contract renewals, resignations, terminations, and employee status changes.
• Prepare essential HR letters, employment certificates, contractual documents, and other employee correspondence.
• Monitor HR service requests and ensure timely resolution of employee inquiries.

Compliance and Data Management

• Execute daily HR transactions while ensuring strict compliance with company policies and Saudi Labor Law.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure all personnel documentation is complete and compliant.
• Maintain HR documentation, personnel files, and digital employee records with high accuracy and integrity.
• Maintain employee information within HRIS platforms, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Generate HR reports and dashboards to support operational and management decision-making.

Interdepartmental Collaboration

• Coordinate with Payroll, Government Relations, Finance, Recruitment, IT, and other departments to ensure seamless HR operations.
• Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, including new hires, resignations, salary adjustments, and employee changes.
• Ensure payroll-related transactions are processed accurately and within established deadlines.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 0-1 years of experience in Human Resources or a related administrative field. A foundational understanding of HR processes, record-keeping, and compliance principles is essential.

Work Setting

This is a full-time role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The HR Representative will operate within a dynamic team environment, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the Human Resources department at the Modern Food Company.
