About the Role

Ajlan & Bros Holding is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on supporting core HR functions, with a strong emphasis on HR Operations. The specialist will manage day-to-day HR activities, employee relations, and compliance, while also contributing to talent acquisition and onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities

The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for a range of HR functions, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with regulations. This includes supporting recruitment, managing employee data, and assisting with HR development initiatives.

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition

  • Support the full recruitment cycle, from requisition approval through to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Draft and post job advertisements on various career platforms, job boards, and LinkedIn.
  • Source candidates, screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and prepare shortlists for hiring managers.

HR Operations and Employee Relations

  • Maintain accurate employee records and update data within HRIS systems.
  • Support onboarding, probation period follow-ups, and offboarding processes.
  • Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Assist in performance management processes, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, social insurance (GOSI), and government portals (Qiwa, Mudad, etc.).
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements including MHRSD, Nitaqat, Saudization, and WPS.
  • Support payroll inputs by sharing updated employee changes such as new hires, terminations, and transfers.
  • Prepare regular HR reports and analytics for management review.

Projects and HR Development

  • Contribute to HR initiatives including employee engagement, policy updates, and training coordination.
  • Support employer branding efforts through recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and career days.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of HR processes and recruitment practices.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Demonstrated understanding of HR operations, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Familiarity with Saudi labor laws and government portals (GOSI, Qiwa, Mudad).
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and data management.
