The Role

Alstom is seeking a Maintenance Operations & Work Package Coordinator for a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is integral to supporting the Sub System Manager (SSM) by ensuring the successful execution of work packages within ODYC. The Coordinator will collaborate with various internal teams, including project management, engineering, and operations, to develop and oversee project readiness and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Sub System Manager in overseeing the work package in ODYC.
• Develop and maintain the mobilization plan to ensure project readiness.
• Report any issues related to the Sub System Manager's work package to the line manager.
• Create Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor progress and performance.
• Follow up on action plans to ensure timely execution.
• Provide regular updates and reports on project status and performance metrics.
• Manage TSM petty cash to support maintenance activities.
• Lead weekly operation meetings, maintain trackers, and communicate Minutes of Meeting (MOMs).
• Support maintenance teams with purchase requests and define general requirements as needed.
