About the Role

Al-Rashed Group is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Coordinator to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position is central to managing all maintenance activities for our fleet, ensuring operational efficiency and maximum vehicle uptime across our operations.

Role Purpose and Impact

The Maintenance Coordinator serves as a critical communication link between operations, drivers, and technicians. The primary objective of this role is to ensure timely repairs, facilitate efficient workshop coordination, and maintain accurate maintenance records, all contributing to the seamless and continuous operation of the company's fleet.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and register maintenance requests and breakdown reports from drivers or operations.
• Coordinate truck movements to and from workshops efficiently and safely.
• Follow up on repair progress with technicians and workshops to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate and track spare parts requests, approvals, and availability.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance records, service history, and repair reports.
• Communicate real-time truck status updates with the operations team.
• Prepare regular maintenance reports, cost summaries, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with maintenance schedules and company procedures.
• Support preventive maintenance planning and execution.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in maintenance coordination, fleet management, or a similar operational role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage logistics, track progress, and maintain detailed records.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The Maintenance Coordinator will operate within a dynamic environment, focusing on ensuring the reliability and efficiency of the company's fleet.
