The Manager Category Management will play a vital role in translating business objectives into actionable procurement initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of category strategies aligned with defined business objectives.
• Perform comprehensive spend analysis and market assessments to identify opportunities for cost savings and value creation.
• Translate data-driven insights into actionable sourcing strategies and effective procurement initiatives.
• Manage end-to-end sourcing activities, including RFx processes, supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract execution.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand specific requirements and strategically challenge demand where necessary.
• Support supplier management activities, encompassing performance tracking and fostering strong relationship management.
• Contribute to initiatives focused on cost optimization, efficiency improvement, and process standardization across procurement functions.
• Ensure strict compliance with all established procurement policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
• Prepare detailed reports and dashboards to track category performance and monitor the delivery of savings.

Experience Requirements

Candidates for the Manager Category Management position are required to have between 5 to 10 years of professional experience. This experience should be directly relevant to category management, strategic sourcing, or a related procurement field, demonstrating a proven ability to manage complex procurement processes and supplier relationships.
