About the Role

Oneira Talent Solutions is seeking a Manager Corporate Development & Investments for a leading Saudi holding company. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and reports directly to the CEO. The role focuses on market-facing origination and corporate development within Saudi Arabia's technology and high-growth private-company ecosystem. The group is backed by established Saudi investors and is in an expansion phase, driven by portfolio development, new investments, strategic acquisitions, and partnerships.

Role Context and Scope

The Manager Corporate Development & Investments will spend significant time in the market, engaging with founders, owners, advisers, investors, and financial institutions. The objective is to develop relationships and identify businesses and opportunities relevant to the group's growth strategy. While not every opportunity will result in an acquisition or investment, relationships may lead to strategic partnerships, commercial opportunities, or other forms of collaboration with existing group businesses. This is not a pure sourcing or origination role; the successful candidate will work closely with the CEO, CFO, and investment team throughout the evaluation process, including initial assessment, screening, financial analysis, modeling, and due diligence. The role offers a competitive package with a performance-linked variable component tied to qualified opportunities and successful transactions.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain a strong understanding of the Saudi technology and high-growth private-company landscape.
Develop direct relationships with founders, owners, advisers, investors, and banking partners across the ecosystem.
Identify, source, and pre-qualify potential investment and strategic opportunities.
Prepare initial assessments and screening papers for senior management and investment committees.
Support financial analysis, modeling, diligence coordination, and transaction execution.
Work alongside the CEO and senior leadership to evaluate new businesses, investments, and strategic opportunities.
Represent the group externally at industry events and within the Saudi investment and technology community.
Build a proprietary network that generates opportunities beyond traditional adviser-led processes.

Qualifications and Experience

4-8 years of relevant experience.
Credibility in interactions with founders, business owners, investors, and senior executives.
Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort operating independently within a lean, high-accountability environment.
Based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh.
