Director Corporate Development

Overview of the Role

Alat is seeking a Director Corporate Development to lead the evaluation and execution of strategic investments, partnerships, and transactions. This full-time role, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is central to Alat's growth ambitions and involves managing the entire deal lifecycle from opportunity assessment to closing. The Director will work closely with senior leadership, business units, and external advisors.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and prioritize strategic investment, partnership, and transaction opportunities.
• Lead feasibility assessments, financial modeling, valuation, deal structuring, and commercial negotiations.
• Develop business cases, investment recommendations, and transaction materials for senior leadership and approval committees.
• Coordinate financial, commercial, legal, technical, and operational due diligence with internal stakeholders and external advisers.
• Manage transaction progress, key risks, dependencies, and milestones across the deal lifecycle.
• Build alignment across business units, functional teams, and external partners to support effective execution.
• Support governance, transaction approvals, documentation, and closing activities.
• Contribute to Alat’s broader corporate development strategy and long-term growth objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in corporate development or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex deal lifecycles.
• Experience working with senior leadership and external advisors.
