Introduction to the Role

Jobs for Humanity, in partnership with Tenaris saudi, is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Operations Foreman (CNC/Manual Machining & Inspection) to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves overseeing day-to-day production activities on the shop floor, ensuring operational excellence and continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment.

Role Purpose and Objectives

The primary purpose of this role is to supervise and enhance manufacturing operations, specifically leading activities related to CNC and manual machining, OCTG threading, and inspection. The Foreman is responsible for delivering safe, compliant, and high-quality manufacturing outcomes. This includes ensuring adherence to thread quality standards (API/Tenaris), achieving on-time delivery, minimizing downtime through preventive checks, and maintaining accurate reporting and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead 12-hour shift operations to ensure safe, compliant, and high-quality production.
• Oversee CNC machine operation and manual machine operation.
• Supervise OCTG threading processes and make-up operations.
• Coordinate API/Tenaris Premium thread inspection and OCTG visual inspection.
• Implement preventive maintenance basics to reduce downtime.
• Ensure safety and compliance across all manufacturing activities.
• Manage quality assurance and inspection processes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for all operations.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 19 years of experience in machining and manufacturing leadership.

Essential Skills and Knowledge

• Proficiency in reading engineering drawings.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD.
• Strong knowledge of hand tools and cutting tools.
• Understanding of preventive maintenance principles.
