About the Marketing Associate Role

Mnzil, a rapidly expanding prop-tech company across Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Marketing Associate to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience who are prepared to contribute to multi-channel marketing initiatives.

Role Overview

The Marketing Associate will support the execution of marketing strategies to enhance Mnzil’s brand presence and engage audiences. This role involves working collaboratively with cross-functional teams while managing specific projects and contributing new ideas within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the planning and execution of both online and offline marketing campaigns.
Develop engaging content for social media platforms, email campaigns, and various marketing materials.
Manage and monitor social media channels, including community engagement and performance tracking.
Support email marketing efforts, such as newsletters and automated workflows.
Monitor marketing campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify potential opportunities.
Collaborate with design, product, sales, and operations teams to support business objectives.
Maintain marketing calendars and ensure timely project delivery.

Qualifications and Experience

Experience in a startup or agency environment is considered a strong advantage.
Demonstrated creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and adapt to evolving priorities.
Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of assigned projects.
Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and analytics dashboards.
Basic experience with design tools, such as Canva, is a plus.
