Al Marwan Heavy Machinery is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is an opportunity for a motivated professional to contribute to marketing initiatives within a dynamic organization. The role involves supporting and executing marketing activities, managing customer interactions, and enhancing the company's digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily marketing activities.
• Receive and direct customer inquiries to the appropriate departments.
• Prepare quotations and proposals using the company system.
• Follow up on ongoing projects and ensure effective internal team coordination.
• Prepare and submit monthly marketing and performance reports.
• Manage and support social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
• Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns and marketing events.
• Coordinate with designers, suppliers, and stakeholders for timely campaign delivery.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• A minimum of 1 year of relevant marketing experience is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Good knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
• Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is considered an advantage.
