About the Role

Boutiqaat is seeking a Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance brand positioning, engage customers, and drive business growth. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves leading marketing initiatives across various channels.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to strengthen brand positioning and market presence.
Create campaigns across digital, social media, public relations, and influencer partnerships.
Build customer-focused marketing plans tailored to diverse audience segments.
Align marketing initiatives with business objectives and company vision.
Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to achieve business results.
Manage end-to-end campaign planning and execution.
Oversee the creation of content, including videos, digital assets, and advertising materials.
Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and to established standards.
Evaluate promotional activities and apply insights to future strategies.
Work with creative, media, and design teams to maintain brand identity.
Strengthen media relationships and maximize brand visibility.
Oversee content development, editing, proofreading, and storytelling.
Partner with purchasing and sales teams for new product and brand launches.
Lead the planning and execution of launch events, media activations, and brand experiences.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies.
Track KPIs, customer engagement, and return on investment.
Utilize website analytics and marketing technologies for insights.
Deliver reports and presentations to senior management with actionable recommendations.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the marketing communications team.
Facilitate brainstorming sessions to foster innovation.
Foster collaboration between creative, media, sales, and operational teams.
Build a culture of accountability, creativity, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Experience

5-10 years of experience in marketing leadership roles.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute marketing strategies.
Experience in managing campaigns across multiple channels.
Proficiency in monitoring campaign performance and utilizing data for decision-making.

Work Environment
