About the Role

Klybeck Life Sciences MENA is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead its marketing team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves shaping the company's brand, product strategy, and technical promotion to drive sales growth within the region.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement the annual marketing plan and budget across all product lines.
Lead, coach, and evaluate a team comprising two Product Managers, one Marketing Specialist, and one Junior Product Pharmacist.
Define product positioning, pricing strategies, and life-cycle plans in collaboration with Product Managers.
Plan and execute product launches, marketing campaigns, scientific seminars, farmer meetings, and exhibitions.
Oversee the development of technical and promotional materials, digital channels, and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
Collaborate closely with the Sales team to provide market insights, sales tools, and training for the field force.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis, and track the return on investment for marketing campaigns.
Ensure all promotional content complies with SFDA and internal company regulations.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine or Pharmacy is required. A postgraduate degree in Marketing or an MBA is an advantage.
8–10 years of experience in the animal health or pharmaceutical industry, with at least 5 years in product or marketing management.
Demonstrated experience leading a team of product managers or marketing professionals.

Required Skills

Strong strategic marketing capabilities.
Proficiency in scientific communication.
Effective budget management skills.
Good understanding of the poultry and livestock markets in Saudi Arabia.
Fluent in both Arabic and English.
Excellent presentation skills.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, where the Marketing Manager will lead a dedicated team to achieve Klybeck's marketing objectives.
