About the Master Data Officer Role

Almarai, a leading food and beverage company headquartered in Riyadh, is seeking a Master Data Officer to join its team. Role Overview

The Master Data Officer will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and consistency of master data within SAP, adhering to established service level agreements (SLAs) and business requirements. This role involves actively identifying areas for process improvement, implementing necessary master data updates, and providing training to end-users to enhance their effective utilization of SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and update SAP master data based on authorized requests.
• Review and refine master data procedures and standards to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across business processes.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in master data management and implement changes to enhance business value and system effectiveness.
• Collaborate with end-users and data providers to ensure accurate collection, maintenance, and optimization of master data for assigned business objects.
• Work with cross-functional teams to support operational excellence and overall business performance.
• Ensure adherence to SAP change management procedures and maintain strict control over master data updates to prevent unauthorized modifications.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma qualification in a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English.
