Role Overview

BCGDV is seeking a ME HR Services Specialist for a full-time position in Riyadh. This role is central to delivering high-quality, efficient, and employee-centric HR services across the UAE and KSA. The specialist will support end-to-end execution of core HR processes, provide daily functional guidance to the HR Shared Services Center (HRSSC) team, and collaborate with regional stakeholders to ensure a seamless employee experience. The position also involves contributing to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to simplify, standardize, digitize, and automate HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes for employees in the UAE and KSA, including welcome calls, documentation, system setup, query resolution, and compliant exits.
• Proactively monitor and manage permit renewals, such as labor cards and exit/re-entry permits, coordinating with government relations agencies and outsourced providers to ensure compliance.
• Administer employee enrollment, contributions, and reconciliation for applicable pension and social insurance schemes, ensuring accurate records and timely compliance.
• Act as the daily point of contact for the HRSSC team, reviewing the quality and turnaround of transactional HR support, providing guidance, and ensuring service delivery meets SLAs and BCG standards.
• Provide comprehensive HR services support across the employee lifecycle, including query management, data management, transfers, letters, and record-keeping, while ensuring data integrity and compliance.
• Coordinate with People functions, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors to ensure timely, accurate, and customer-focused resolution of HR matters.
• Prepare reports, track operational metrics, and support audits and internal controls to contribute to data-driven decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate HR Services processes, supporting the design, testing, and implementation of workflow improvements and digital solutions.
• Identify gaps in HR Services processes across the UAE and KSA and propose practical solutions in collaboration with the ME HR Services Manager.

Required Skills and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in HR services.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in managing multiple priorities across the UAE and KSA while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience providing day-to-day guidance to a shared services team, reviewing work quality, and supporting colleagues.
• Proven ability to build effective relationships and collaborate across teams, functions, and geographies.
• Clear and confident communication skills with employees and stakeholders at various levels.
• A proactive approach to taking ownership and driving issues to resolution.
• Capability to identify inefficiencies and recommend practical, automation-enabled solutions for process improvement.
• Adept at learning and adopting new technologies quickly, with an interest in digital tools and automation.
• Ability to balance operational execution with a continuous improvement mindset.

Work Environment

The ME HR Services Specialist will be part of the Middle East HR Services team, supporting employees and stakeholders across the UAE, KSA, and Qatar. The role involves close collaboration with the HR Shared Services Center team based in New Delhi. Reporting to the ME HR Services Manager, the specialist will also work with local HR colleagues in Dubai, Riyadh, and Doha, regional leadership, and external partners, including visa agencies and government relations providers.
