The Role of Operations Manager

Eve Clinic KSA is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day clinic operations. This full-time, on-site position in Riyadh is crucial for ensuring efficient, high-quality service delivery and an excellent patient experience. The role involves strategic planning and operational oversight to maintain the clinic's standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing schedules, workflows, and resource allocation across the clinic.
• Coordinating effectively with medical and administrative teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitoring adherence to established clinical and operational policies and procedures.
• Analyzing operational performance data and optimizing processes for efficiency and quality.
• Managing vendor relationships and overseeing supply chain activities.
• Supporting budgeting processes and cost-control initiatives.
• Handling escalated issues and resolving operational challenges.
• Supporting quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and service delivery.

Required Experience
