Oracle Technical Consultant

About the Role

LTM is seeking an experienced Oracle Technical Consultant to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on supporting the design, development, implementation, integration, and ongoing support of enterprise business process management solutions. The consultant will work with various stakeholders to automate and optimize business processes using Oracle BPM Suite and related Oracle technologies.

Role Overview

The Oracle Technical Consultant will be a key contributor in delivering robust BPM solutions. This position requires strong technical expertise in Oracle BPM and related integration technologies, coupled with effective communication skills to collaborate with business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and deploy business process solutions using Oracle BPM Suite.
• Configure and implement BPM workflows, human tasks, business rules, and process orchestration.
• Develop process models in accordance with BPMN standards.
• Build reusable components and services to support enterprise workflows.
• Participate in solution architecture, design reviews, and technical assessments.

Technical Requirements

• Integrate Oracle BPM applications with enterprise systems using REST/SOA services, APIs, and middleware components.
• Develop service interfaces and process integrations utilizing Oracle SOA Suite.
• Develop and optimize SQL/PLSQL objects as needed.
• Support integration with Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion Applications, and third-party platforms.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience as an Oracle BPM Technical Consultant.
• Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Demonstrated experience in the design, development, and implementation of Oracle BPM solutions.
