The Role of Partnerships Lead at Gathern

Gathern is seeking a dedicated Partnerships Lead to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to developing and executing the company's strategic partnership and sponsorship initiatives.

Role Overview

The Partnerships Lead will be instrumental in supporting the delivery of Gathern's partnership and sponsorship strategy. This involves managing key projects, coordinating effectively with internal stakeholders, and executing initiatives designed to generate measurable business value for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage internal stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional partnership projects.
• Develop and execute partnership initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Identify and secure new partnership opportunities.
• Negotiate partnership agreements and support contract execution processes.
• Oversee the planning and execution of partnership activation plans.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and key stakeholders.
• Align partnership initiatives with broader marketing campaigns and business priorities.
• Measure partnership performance and prepare comprehensive impact reports.
• Manage partnership budgets and monitor return on investment.
• Ensure compliance with governance frameworks, contractual obligations, and brand standards.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience:
  • 4 to 7 years of experience in sponsorship or partnership roles.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting partnership negotiations and contract execution.
  • Proven experience in delivering partnership activations and managing partner relationships.
  • Experience tracking partnership performance and preparing reports is preferred.
