About the Role

Inspire Selection, a recruitment agency, is seeking a Partnerships Specialist to join a leading retail group in Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, with operations also in Jeddah, and focuses on supporting the growth of a customer engagement and B2B solutions business. The role requires a commercially driven individual with 2-5 years of experience.

Role Overview

The Partnerships Specialist will be responsible for driving commercial growth through strategic partnerships and client engagement. This involves identifying new business opportunities, managing existing relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver commercial initiatives. The position offers a salary of SAR 13,000 plus benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand relationships with corporate clients, partners, and distributors.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to B2B sales growth.
• Prepare commercial proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
• Manage existing partner relationships and ensure smooth day-to-day coordination.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Finance, and Operations, to execute campaigns and commercial initiatives.
• Monitor sales performance, maintain CRM records, and provide regular reporting and market insights.

Qualifications and Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in partnerships, account management, business development, or B2B sales.
• A background in retail, loyalty programs, payments, fintech, or a related commercial environment is preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated commercial mindset with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; CRM experience is an advantage.

Work Location

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, supporting a leading retail group with operations in both Riyadh and Jeddah.
