Role Summary

The PMO / Portfolio Analyst provides management with a consolidated view of IT projects, covering status, delays, capacity, and costs. This full-time role involves collecting and verifying project data, generating portfolio reports, and supporting the steering committee.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the IT project master tracker, including status, RAG ratings, milestones, owners, and required decisions.
• Collect weekly updates from Project Managers and vendors, and follow up on overdue items.
• Produce the weekly portfolio dashboard and the monthly executive report.
• Calculate the impact of delays per project, including slip days, revenue at risk, and cost of delay.
• Maintain the resource and capacity plan for ongoing projects.
• Prepare steering committee agendas, minutes, and action logs.
• Ensure stage-gate documents are complete before each gate review.
• Reconcile project budgets, purchase orders, invoices, and CAPEX timesheets per Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
• Keep the project document library, templates, and lessons learned current.
• Track budgets, commitments, actuals, and forecasts for each initiative, including CAPEX/OPEX allocation.
• Follow a two-year development plan aimed at transitioning into a Project Manager role.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in a PMO or portfolio analysis capacity.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
