Role Purpose and Context

The primary purpose of this role is to oversee all aspects of procurement contracts, from initial review and negotiation to documentation, approval, and ongoing monitoring. The Procurement Specialist will play a crucial part in supporting the Procurement Department's objectives related to supplier contract management, purchase agreements, commercial negotiations, and ensuring overall contractual compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and administer procurement-related contracts.
• Review contractual terms and conditions thoroughly.
• Negotiate contract terms to align with company interests.
• Ensure proper documentation and approval of all contracts.
• Monitor contracts for compliance with company policies and commercial requirements.
• Support the Procurement Department in supplier contract management.
