Role Overview: Project Controls & Reporting Manager

The Project Controls & Reporting Manager will lead project reporting, governance, performance monitoring, and customer-facing reporting activities. This full-time role, based in Riyadh, ensures that accurate, timely, and insightful information is provided to client leadership, project stakeholders, and the end customer. As the project transitions into the construction phase, this position will be central to managing extensive customer reporting requirements, executive dashboards, KPI tracking, and overall project performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the client site representative for project updates.
• Manage weekly, monthly, and executive-level project reports, consolidating information from General Contractor reports and other sources including Steel Structure, LLEs, and Site Supervision.
• Develop and maintain project dashboards and KPI scorecards.
• Prepare governance packs for management and steering committee meetings.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy across all project reporting.
• Perform other activities as directed by the client.

Daily Activities

• Oversee reporting and governance frameworks.
• Manage client and stakeholder reporting processes.
• Monitor and manage project performance.
• Handle data and dashboard management.

Required Skills and Support Functions

• Coordinate and manage customer reporting requirements.
• Consolidate project information from all relevant stakeholders.
• Provide support for executive reviews and customer meetings.
• Respond to ad hoc reporting and performance information requests.
