The Role of Project Manager

Code Ninja is seeking a Project Manager to lead large-scale strategic transformation projects for a prominent Saudi banking client in Riyadh. This full-time role involves high executive visibility and cross-functional impact across both business and Business Technology (BT) units.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage strategic programs from initiation through to closure.
• Develop business cases, governance packs, and executive reporting.
• Lead cross-functional delivery efforts across business and BT units.
• Manage steering committees, senior stakeholders, and board-level escalations.
• Ensure the realization of strategic benefits and delivery commitments.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage strategic programs with high executive visibility.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams within complex organizational structures.

Work Environment and Impact

The Project Manager will work on bank-wide resilience programs with direct regulatory impact.
