About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Purchasing Supervisor to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves supporting the comprehensive procurement and inventory management processes within a hotel environment. The role is central to ensuring efficient stock management and operational continuity, contributing to the overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support purchasing and receiving operations, including assisting with procurement, overseeing receiving processes, and managing inventory to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and outlet managers to ensure all purchases meet specific operational needs and specifications.
• Process invoices by reviewing them for accuracy and following up on any discrepancies to ensure timely payment and resolution.
• Assist with supplier management activities, such as securing competitive pricing, placing orders, and tracking deliveries to ensure timely arrivals.
• Perform quality checks on incoming shipments to verify they meet established order specifications, grade, and quality standards.
• Supervise and develop purchasing and receiving clerks, providing necessary training, scheduling, and ongoing guidance to ensure high performance.
