The company has developed a SuperApp designed to empower real estate agents and mortgage brokers, aiming to make property transactions more efficient.

The Role: Real Estate Operations & Payments Specialist

Huspy is seeking a Real Estate Operations & Payments Specialist to manage the financial operations of its real estate business in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves ensuring the accuracy of transaction reporting, commission calculations, payment execution, and regulatory compliance. The specialist will serve as a primary contact between Sales, Finance, Developers, and Product teams. This position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience who can manage multiple priorities and bring structure to operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the operational P&L by ensuring all real estate transactions are accurately recorded, reconciled, and reported.
Validate transaction documentation to ensure compliance with operational, financial, and regulatory requirements before processing.
Calculate and verify all deal-related financials, including agent commissions, company revenue, referral fees, and other payment components.
Coordinate with real estate developers to track payment milestones, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely collection and completion of payments.
Collaborate with the Finance team to manage the weekly commission payment cycle, ensuring accurate and scheduled payments to agents.
Lead Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance processes, ensuring all transactions adhere to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Act as the primary operational point of contact for payment-related matters, working with Sales, Finance, Developers, and Product teams to resolve issues.
Monitor operational performance, maintain data integrity, and identify opportunities for process, control, and reporting improvements.
Support the implementation of operational improvements and system enhancements to increase efficiency and scalability.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across teams and external partners.
Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, data validation, and reporting.
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, capable of managing multiple workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, particularly with financial data and calculations.
Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational issues.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to coordinate individuals, align stakeholders, and drive execution across functions.
Experience in operations, finance, payments, commissions, or real estate transaction management is highly preferred.
Knowledge of AML/KYC compliance requirements and operational controls is an advantage.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires working in a dynamic environment, collaborating with various internal teams and external partners.
