Role Overview

As the first point of contact, the Receptionist F&B, also known as a Restaurant Hostess, plays a pivotal role in shaping the guest experience. This position involves warmly greeting arriving guests, efficiently managing seating and reservations, and ensuring every guest receives professional and attentive hospitality from the moment they enter until their departure.

Core Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a genuine smile and professional poise upon arrival, creating a memorable first impression.
• Manage the guest waitlist, escort guests to their tables, and balance table assignments across server stations to ensure smooth operations.
• Engage with guests politely, answer inquiries, handle special requests, and address concerns with tact and professionalism.
• Maintain active communication with floor supervisors and waitstaff to ensure table readiness and efficient guest flow.
• Bid guests a warm farewell upon departure, ensuring they leave with a positive overall experience.
