Recruiter

Location: Saudi Arabia

Position: Full-time

Job Description

* Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding follow-up.

* Develop and maintain effective recruitment channels to attract qualified candidates in the Saudi market.

* Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and deliver suitable candidates efficiently.

* Build and maintain a strong local candidate database and talent pipeline.

* Support recruitment-related compliance and ensure hiring processes follow Saudi labor laws and regulations.

* Handle recruitment-related procedures through relevant Saudi government platforms when required.

* Track recruitment progress and provide regular hiring updates.

Requirements

* Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably with solid experience in the Saudi market.

* Strong hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.

* Good knowledge of the Saudi recruitment market and local hiring channels.

* Good understanding of Saudi labor laws and employment regulations.

* Practical experience with Saudi government platforms such as Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, and related systems.

* Fluent in Arabic and English.

* Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.

* Able to work independently and manage multiple recruitment requirements simultaneously.
