About the Role

Nadia is seeking a Sales Director to lead sales operations for home appliances in Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, remote position.

Role Overview

The Sales Director will be responsible for developing and implementing the sales strategy within the Saudi Arabian market. The primary objective is to achieve targets related to revenue, profitability, and market share. This role requires a strategic approach to managing sales across various channels and fostering strong relationships with key partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the sales strategy for the Saudi Arabian market to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share targets.
  • Lead sales operations across all channels, including distributors, key accounts, modern trade, traditional retail, and online marketplaces.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with major retailers, distributors, and channel partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's presence across the Kingdom.
  • Lead annual business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and sales performance reviews.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

Required Qualifications

Candidates must possess proven experience in the home appliances or consumer electronics sectors. A strong understanding of the Saudi retail landscape is essential, including expertise in distributor management, modern trade, traditional trade, and e-commerce channels within the home appliances industry.

Work Arrangement

This is a full-time, remote position based in Saudi Arabia, allowing the Sales Director to work from home.
